My March Madness Bracket Imploded, The Mueller Report Was Released And....

Yes! It’s the season to live vicariously through our selected teams and pray our brackets don’t implode! Well if it did now is not the time to cry about it.  Please keep in mind that in the last several days March madness kicked off, the Mueller was released, and.... well they say things happen in threes... so make it something good. 


O mean really do something that will effect you positively.  Don’t stress out, get angry, blow your top, or increase your blood pressure to unhealthy levels. Take a minute to breath and relax.  In fact take a minute every hour to consciously breath and reduce your stress, pulse, and increase your lifespan.


It’s easy to find ourselves reacting to all kinds of negative environmental factors...

• Someone cut you off in traffic
• The last seat on the subway was taken
• You spilled your coffee on the report that you spent all night preparing
• The dog had diarrhea on his morning walk
• The baby spit up on your clean shirt

I could go on forever but I won’t. I’ll just take this time that your reading this to remind you of how you can assume some control over your life and inhale through your nose and slowly exhale by gently blowing out your mouth and count to 5 while you do it. Repeat it 12 times. By doing this most people lower their heart rate 8-10 beats per minute.  We have enough things to stress us out... take a minute to lower yours!
